ZHAULIN Kikbay Mynbayuly – Director of the Humanities Research Institute. Doctor of Political Science (2009), Professor (2011), Academician of the Academy of History and Social Sciences (2019).

Born on April 14, 1965 in the Bayganinsky district of the Aktobe region. Graduated from Guryev Pedagogical Institute (1990) and KarSU named after E.A. Buketova (2003). Postgraduate education: postgraduate studies at the Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnology of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan (1994-1997); Doctorate KazNPU named after Abai (2006-2009).
